JOB ADVERT: 02 Motion Designers COMPANY BACKGROUND The Best Group is a Multipurpose IT Group providing a wide range of services across many industries worldwide. In order to meet the steadily increasing demand for our services we are looking for the following skills to join our team either as Freelance or Independent Consultants, Full time employment, Remote staff, extend our coverage and increase our database of clients etc… SKILLS AND/ REQUIREMENTS Proven experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) High-level understanding of branding, communication, and culture, High-level understanding of animation principles and color theory Ability to take on a project from start to finish (concept/storyboard to complete animation), Great communicator with the ability present work and to take feedback. Successfully create and deliver original design by demonstrating solid understanding and application of forward-thinking creative communication techniques Create superb design for a wide range of clients, ranging from 2D graphic design to animated digital content Generate and articulate ideas internally and externally with flair and passion Ability to think creatively and problem solve through design Outstanding written and verbal communications skills Social media experience will be seen favorably ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Create motion graphics videos, including explainer videos, parent tip videos, social videos, and video products. Edit live-action videos as needed - usually interview, how-to, and/or documentary-style. Provide post-production support and basic video mastering, including but not limited to color correction, sound mixing, and compression. You’ll be part of the production team working closely with the creative director to create motion graphics for a wide variety of projects for clients from around the world. You’ll have to maintain an understanding of trends, technologies, and media best practices. You’ll leverage your hacks, cracks, tips, and tricks to deliver work quickly and efficiently while still being relevant to a specific audience.
