Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Terminal Manager (F/M) - Accra (Ghana)We are hiring a Terminal Manager for our client, a leading privately-owned petroleum depot and a dominant player in the storage and supply of petroleum products in West Africa. Job Purpose : To assist Managing Director in managing resources (installations and people) for providing safe, cost effective and efficient terminal operations (receipts, storage & handling, loading & deliveries, stocks accounting)  To ensure operations and service levels are consistently compliant with Safety, Health and Environment as well as measurement and products control standards. Key Accountabilities : Oversees the activities of the operations, stocks accounting and maintenance sections, Responsible for the effective implementation of the process safety management system as well as measurement and products control policy, Ensure effective implementation of safe work practices for all terminal operations and maintenance/engineering activities, Ensure terminal operations and maintenance activities are compliant with Local and International terminal Operating Standards, Develop emergency response plans to ensure business continuity, Conduct periodic assessment of reliability of the Terminal, Coordinates investigations into all incidents and near misses and address relevant issues, Coordinate the development and monitoring of capital and expense plans for the terminal, Drive the achievement of Terminal KPI’s, Ensure adherence of quality standards for product receipt... Profil recherché pour le poste : Terminal Manager (F/M) - Accra (Ghana) A Master of Science Degree or higher in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study, Five (5) to seven (7) years relevant working experience in a similar role/environment of which three (3) of such must be in a managerial role, Must be a member of a professional qualification body e.g., GhIE or its equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, Attributes : In-depth knowledge of terminal operations and fuel terminal management practices, Technical knowledge of inventory management as well as product control and measurement, Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Strategy formulation and implementation, Strong Leadership, Supply and Distribution, Budget Cycle (Capital, Expense Planning Process), Change Management, Relationship Management, Analytical, Critical Thinking Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Customer Service Delivery Process, Resourceful Team Player,/ Leader.
