POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT Catholic Relief Serivces(CRS), an international humanitarian and development organization based in Yaoundé is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Project Accountant for a UNHCR funded project(2014-2015); She/he will focus on finance & budget management, timely donor reporting, contracts for facilities, capacity building, develop accountable systems to facilitate provision of primary health care services to refugee populations in Yaoundé and Douala.   Key Responsibilities: Oversee project funds; Develop financial and budget management tools and ensure budget control for efficient use of project funds; Coordinate the preparation and submissionof timely reports to donor and management; Assess and develop training modules to strenghten financial capacity of the facilities; Prepare agreement with facilities; Validate of bills from facilities; Follow-up visits to facilities; Ensurre compliance of agency and donor policies in the financial management.   Minimum Qualifications: At least 5 years experience in succefull project financial management; Bachelor degree in accounts or related field required; Understanding of rules and regulations related to UNHCR funding, subcontracting and reporting requirements; advantageous Demonstrated skills in financial analysis and budget management; Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English and French is required;   Applications files including: Cover letter and CV, 3 references, certified copies of certificates should be forwarded to: The Resident Representative PO Box 1851, Yaoundé - Cameroon Or via email to offrescrs@yahoo.com   Closing date: February 12, 2014
